1 You have to go to the profile edit page, but since there's no button for that (yet?) here's the link: http://fniwp.forumotion.net/profile?mode=editprofile
you have to search a little around

2 You can do it with basic image editing programes (paint.net as example) or you can use more complicated, advanced programs (but those mostly cost [much] money) I use corel graphic suite, but in the end it's all about skill, just keep practicing.

3 I think as long as the owner has not clearly statened you may not use the picture, it's fine.

1- How do I get a avatar
2- How do I make one of those pictures of my wolf, with the wolf's name, and a poem or something like that
3- Am I allowed to make my avatar a picture that is not mine
