PostSubject: .where the yellow brick road took a different turn. [Main Board]   Mon Jan 12, 2009 5:19 pm

Everything was a mess. Exodus was looking at her brother as if he had killed their own mother. There was alot of commotion about how he had acted. The wolves had come forward when she called, which was nice to see. Jaded was looking as if her own son had attackedher, a motherly trait the femme had shown towards the two siblings. Exodus let her eyes wander over to Havoc and how she questioned thescene with Cinder and Petra. Family friend and an enemy together here in dark lands, both smelled of pure and although one was family, onewas not, and it made things difficult. Her orbs danced over to Blade, wondering now why he had been here, and silently she thanked him forbeing here. Though he was distant from the pack, he was someone she herself counted on for a free fall of safety, a wolf you could confide inthat wouldn't turn you down for a shoulder if you needed one. The femme princess then looked at the fem with her three young and gave a slightsmile. "Alright. Legend, if you would be so kind as to hold your temper, shut your trap more like it for the rest of this meeting we will have noproblems" She knew he would listen, he had already made a fool of himself just moments ago, he would listen now.
Exodus then, as her own voice fell silent, looked at Taruri. Her sister, she could see it, though the fem matched up with Legend more thenherself, she could see the things that matched. It was then, looking at her though, she cocked her head to the side in question. She didn'tlook anything like her father...and at that moment she noticed that Legend didn't look like him either. Fear suddenly struck her in the gut but it stayed there. This wasn't the time, not yet. Slowly she circled a little and then sat down, hoping the others would do the same. "Assome of you have noticed, we have a return of a few wolves. Jaded, our beloved healer, whome I request some aid from when I'm done here..."She had forgotten her own wounds in the time she had studied everyone and regreted thinking of them now as the pain came to remind her ofhow it felt to be wounded by family. "Cinder, you are in no harm here as long as I stand. My father has taken some time to sort out orders else-where and until he returns my judgement matters to all of this. You're safe here and your business with him can continue when he returns.Until then, you will have a scout with you at all times. Myself and whomever else wants to join. And you wont be left alone" She gave her a smile, as if to say I'm sorry, but it was needed, until her father came back.
Her eyes shifted to Bloodeye. "I'm sorry" she said softly, looking down at the blood. "A hunt. To keep ourselves busy please. The pack needssome sort of food. Legend, you'll sit this out. Everyone else. Gather and split into a team. I'll be waiting here. We have young to feed" Hereyes wandered over to the whelps. "And old friends too" she smiked at the femme who waited with them. "Anyone who wants to sit this outjust stay here" She felt herself tire out qucikly. She wanted to just let them go. Let them do their own thing with this matter of the hunt as muchas she wanted to go. "Any new wolves, please come to me. Even the ones who come with the old. I'd like to meet you. Even if you came for a shorttime to scout out my lands" she looked at the wolf that stayed semi close to Bloodeye. She took a deep breath and nodded softly. Her body felt weakand she watched her brother stand and Taruri didn't take her eyes off of him. She growled and pointed to the two rocks making a horrible like den.Legend entered and Taruri turned, sitting somewhat infront of the den not all the way, and sat so she could see out, and also see the entrance.'Father...you'd be proud' At the thought of her father she looked at Jaded, worry splashed across her face. "Are you okay?" she asked, lookingat the mother type figure with a soft smile.

The frown that worried her brow smoothed when familiar faces danced their way into the clearing. Wrong place, wrong time. How silly
of her to jump to conclusions like she had. Exodus, Havoc, Legend, Jaded, and the others. They were here. Akiko and Damean were
missing, and that made her curious, but the femme pushed the thought out of her mind. She was safe in the company of friends, was
she not? A sigh left her lax lips, black lashes falling over her umber eyes for a brief moment of relief. "Mother, are
you alright?"
The sweet, croon of her eldest daughter, Lyzelle. Turning, the woman opened her eyes and studied the child.
Growing, and so quickly. Two years could do so much to the innocence of a child. "Yes, Lyzelle. Let's introduce you
to the Princess, shall we?"

Havoc slipped into the scene with terrifying speed, dancing her way to the side of the returned dog with a pet clinging to her side.
What was this? Before the Valkyrie woman could mull over the possibilities, the air was thick with hostile sensations. Protectively, she
sheilded her brood from the swift form of the Prince. What was going on here? As the child, likely the same age as her own, turned on his
sibling a soft cry left her lips. Children of Damean, behaving like ill-mannered heathens. The witch reacted too late, and found
herself standing alone between two parties of seemingly opposing ideas. In another few moments, men and women were dismissed by the
Princess, and orders were given out. Like a serpent, she slithered to the side of the injured femme. With a swift hand, she gestured
Lyzelle and her siblings to follow. "Mistress Exodus, are you alright?" Damean was tending to bussiness, she
had heard. The relief came in blissful waves. Her eyes flicked to Jaded hesitently, and lingered on the wolfess's face for several moments
before releasing a cool and careful inqury. "And you?" Caution was to be exercised here, she was so often close to Damean...

Exodus let her eyes wander over to her old friend coming to speak. Her soft eyes watched as her three children followed.
"Oh yes. I'm fine, and will be once Petra tends to me. If she so chooses to. How are you doing. Where did you wander off to.
Only to come back with three more of you?" She smiled, her eyes drifting towards the wolves that were her age. It was strange
though, because even though they looked so much the same age, she felt much older, to old. They looked like children to her
and maybe it was how Bloodeye had viewed her, on how she viwed them. Innocent to life, not knowing what they had been through
but only knowing they didn't know her story. Again her eyes shifted over to Acantha before going back. "And what are you're names?"
Her words were calm. She didn't care right now. It was nice to talk to someone about a matter that wasn't involving her family or her
father's decisions to leave. She took a deep breath, letting her mind slip a little into a coma of day dreams. Haunted by what was, by
what could be swam around her head. She looked alert, she looked all there, but she would forget this dream when someone spoke to
her...

Petra had returned home, and he foolishly had thought it was merely his nose playing a trick on him. He had no clue why she had left in the first place, and hadn't expected her to come back, although he had wished it for the longest time. When she appeared before him, he cursed hismelf for doubting his senses- and her. He was about to open his maw to reply to her when Exodus appeared, then Legend, who promptly lunged at Cinder. He was about to intervene, but Exodus beat him to it.

Now, Blade looked apologetically at Petra for the interruption, making sure she caught his gaze, then returned to keeping a stern eye on Legend as Exodus had asked, although he was sure there would be no more offensive actions from him. His gaze darted to Cinder and looked at her for a brief moment before saying, "Cinder, I thank you for accompanying Petra home." His mind whirled before he moved so that he was feet in front of her and said so that only she, and possibly Petra could hear, "I may have to consider myself in your debt for this. But I am curious. You have met with Damean and now stand before us. This leads to a couple things, the most likely being that either you were brought here for a trial by him, or you're completely innocent." With little pause, he continued, "But, either way, you have my gratitude. As Exodus said, there is no need to fear. Consider this as part of my debt to make sure no ill befalls upon you." He stepped back a bit and glanced at Exodus, who appeared busy with other matters. Looking at Cinder again, he said, "When Exodus comes back to you, tell her I offer to be one of the scouts to accompany you. If she needs to, she may verify it after Petra and I finish catching up. He glanced at the hybrid this time. "Of course, once you finish your business with Exodus?" He gave her a true smile, showing one of his rare flashes of emotion of any sort. "I'm glad you're home, though, Petra," Blade said before glancing at their leader's daughter once more for any message towards them.

Petra was only waiting for Blade's reply, noting Cinder's nervousness and trying to reassure Blade that she was indeed here to speak with the King. But suddenly she was being bombarded by greetings, and they were all so unexpected, yet welcome. Even the sight of Jaded nearby was not and unwelcome thing, and she cherished the fact that she was home where she belonged. She would miss the pack that she had stayed with, Cinder in particular, but this was her home. Besides, she could always visit, couldn't she? She pushed that out of her mind for now, and concentrated on the present. Exodus was incredibly excited to see her, and it made Petra feel so guilty for having left when the King's daughter had looked up to her and had been expecting her full training in medicines. "Exodus, I'm so glad to see you," she said gladly, a smile lighting her face. Her tail wagged at almost the same pace as the young wolfess, yet over her short span of life she had gained control over her excitement, to an extent.

The hybrid then turned to Havoc, who had also greeted her. It seemed the older woman had not forgotten what Petra had done, and she couldn't help but to feel grateful for being remembered and appreciated. Until now, it had been so rare. She had not known many cared about her, and yet here she was being greeted relentlessly by those of the pack. "Good to see you too, Havoc," she said, dipping her head respectfully. She knew she should answer both Exodus and Havoc, anyone who wondered, where she had been. But then she looked upon Legend as he entered the scene; she smiled to him, but horror soon flashed through her eyes as he persecuted Cinder on the spot, and flung his mass towards the poor girl. Petra was helpless to do anything; she was not a fighter - she was a friend and a healer. Luckily there were others who knew what to do, for Petra could only stand and watch in terror. But then it was Exodus under the fang of her brother, and she felt the hair on her neck raise. "Legend, you terrible brat!" she spouted angrily, "Your father will be hearing about this, and he will not be too forgiving!"

Though she could not know Damean's true reaction, she could not see him taking well to this treachery against his own daughter. Here he had trusted leadership to both of his children, and his son could not even act under control. Petra was glad for the interference of several other wolves, including a young wolfess that appeared the same age and blood of Exodus and Legend. Petra listened carefully what was said next by the young mistress, and nodded as Exodus asked for her services once this was over with. She would never deny the Princess of her help; she couldn't imagine denying anyone, in fact. She was too caring to let anything bad happen to someone when she had the power to reverse it. She perked excited as mention of a hunt was made, but she remembered her duties as healer, and calmed herself. Besides, if Cinder would be staying in Exodus' care, she too should be nearby. This was her friend, after all, and even if she couldn't fight well, she would fling herself into battle out of loyalty anyways.

Her attention turned to Blade for the moment though; finally, he spoke. She felt a fire light in her heart at once, and she felt instant jealousy for every other wolf's ear that his voice touched. She wanted all the attention for herself, but she knew that was being unreasonable. She swallowed down her negative feelings and focused on the situation. After what seemed like forever, Blade had turned his attention back to her, and she nodded with a smile. She would love to catch up, but unfortunately duty was already tearing them apart, as it always seemed to do. But she would always be loyal, for she knew the duties would end at some point, and she would have her time with her good friend. Her love, as she considered him, but still she could not share it with him, not yet. Maybe he had caught on by now though... she would find out sooner or later. "Okay Blade," she said to him, blushing profusely, "Once I've finished with Exodus' wounds, we can talk, and perhaps I'll share with everyone what had happened. I'll be back as soon as I can, I must collect some things..." For now though, she must collect some things, and return quickly. She set off once orders had been given and things were settled, gathering as many plants that grew in this time of the year, as well as some cobwebs to help stop any bleeding...

Jaded sighed heavily. Oh Damean...come home soon. /She thought silently to herself, her heart ached at the thought of it. Already it seemed he had been gone too long. She wondered if he will feel the same about her when he returned. Doubt flooded her mind and she shrugged the thought off. Like she needed to worry about him and herself right now. Bigger problems had arose, like Legend and Exodus. Her heart clentched once more, seeing Legend attack his sister was almost too much to bare. Jaded watched as the, now three siblings, stood and walked to a den. She gave Havoc a look of apology and trotted after them, she hoped she could count on the elder fea. She had a feeling she could.

As she approached the trio, her gate slowed. Exodus's voice rang out to the others, new and old...the voice of a queen. Jaded looked at the three wolves in front of her...Legend and the new fem could be twins.....and they all had the same eyes....it was then she realized that none of them bore Damean's likeness and it seemed rather odd. As her emerald eyes studied this, Exodus's voice came to her auds. Are you okay?" Jaded's green jewels seemed to flash with emotion and she replied "No Exodus. I am not okay. I promised your father I would guide and protect you and look at what has happened. " Jaded looked to Legend. "I don't think I can understand why you would have attacked your sister Legend. No matter how angry, you were brought into this world together and she has given you no cause to hate. I understand your feeling of Cinder. I too feel hate against the one who took Lacuna away. She was my friend too. But by her and Petra's words Damean gave her permission to be here. Until he returns we shall have to trust the word of Petra

Jaded paced back and forth, her displeasure evident. She didn't know how to tell the pair how lucky they were to have one another and could really truely trust in a sibling. She looked up and locked eyes with all three. Dissapointment rang in her eyes. and she sighed. "I am going to hunt....you three need to work this out for yourselves, I need some time to think." And with that she padded off. She needed to try and figure out how to best help the pair....no trio now. Her sandy pillars picked up speed and she loped off, she wanted to hunt alone. Her eyes caught Blade as spoke and there was a hint of joy in them for him, her plume gave a slight wag. She did not look at Petra though. She didn't want the fem to feel threatened by her just returning home.....Jaded had never wanted Petra not to like her. She sighed once more. With Damean gone she felt so empty...even if he had told her he loved her before he left. Her mind drifted to that moment as she ran along and a tingle of euphoria touched her spine. Was it a dream?

Bloodeye stood idly as she attempted to wait in patience for Exodus to return. Crimson orbs turned upon several new arrivals, smelling of purity, and she raised her lips in disgust, ready to lunge. But, it appeared that one of the females belonged here as she confidently padded to a packmate and spoke with him, and then was greeted by several others. Exodus came running, and Bloodeye couldn't help but to feel relief that their meeting was finally over. Maybe they would hunt soon. But something of much greater concern was to happen as Legend entered the scene, taking no hesitation to lunge at the seemingly unwelcome pure female. Exodus was the one to take the brunt of his attack, however, and Bloodeye snarled with motherly concern and protectiveness. She rushed to the scene, remembering her own two children in this exact situation. They were exactly alike; Exodus and Blackeye, Legend and Ehrgeiz. Before she could make a move, others had interfered, and a third sibling entered to stop the fray.

She could barely contain herself, though. As a former alphaess, having faced too much betrayal in her life, even from her own son Ehrgeiz, she felt the urge to slash him across the face tugging at her muscles. But the situation was being dealt with. How awful it felt not to be in control anymore. Everyone else was taking care of things, working as a unit, and she had no part in it, she didn't matter. She had to admit, though, that Exodus was doing a fine job. Just like her own daughter would have done had she been put into this situation. And Ehrgeiz... his temper would get the best of him too; he was not suited to rule, he did not understand certain things and he was simply to selfish and power-hungry. Bloodeye smirked, watching the goings-on.

Then Exodus spoke to her. She wanted her to hunt, arrange the hunting perhaps? Anything, anything to take a part in leading something. "Yes, Exodus, a hunt will be arranged," she said, dipping her head. She glanced around. There was so much going on, so many wolves going here and there. She was not sure who was responsible for what, being so new here. Other newcomers were instructed to meet Exodus. Her new acquaintance would be meeting the Princess, then. Deciding she could not do this without speaking out, she came to a central area among the pack and called out. "All who are available for a hunt, come with me!" she barked, glancing around with harsh eyes. Then she spotted Jade slipping off. Where was the fae going? Growling, she sped off after the femme, coming to her side quickly. "Jaded, Exodus has commanded a hunt," she said sternly, "Let's do this together, the pack needs a good meal, something worthwhile." She couldn't help it, she needed to be in charge, to take action with others behind her. The look in her eyes became no less harsh, her brow furrowed with unyielding determination in her eyes. "Shall we?" she asked, slowing her pace to wait for any others that might be ready to hunt.

Jaded's run was abruptly joined by Bloodeye, spewing demanding words out of her mouth. Jaded skidded to a stop, her hackles raised. "I know Exodus has commanded a hunt, Bloodeye." she said her voice commanding right back at her. Do not speak with me as if I am one of your underlings. You are not queen here Bloodeye. You seem to forget that." A snarl threatened to explode from her throat but she held it in check. She forced her sand colored ruff to lay down but the anger in her eyes shown through. I will help you hunt but again, I am not one of your minions to be at your beck and call. I will track, wait for the others." And with those words she raised her head and locked eyes with Bloodeye. Jaded didn't care where Bloodeye had come from she hadn't even been in the pack very long. She would take no orders from her.

She stood for a moment her head high and waited to see if Bloodeye would take this further. Jaded was not going to back down on this. She stood silent and held her ground. Waiting for something...hopefully an apology of sorts but if it let to fangs so be it. She did not feel as if she was in the wrong and she didn't think she needed to explain to Bloodeye her relationship with the heirs or how Damean had bade her to guide and protect them. Oh how she wished Damean was home,...she missed him, his scent....his voice....his touch. He would know how to deal with Bloodeye and her haughtiness.

Cinder watched the drama unfold around her. She watched as the emerald eyed wolf went away from the one called Havoc. She looked up and met Havoc's eye and said softly "I tell the truth and so does your packmate. I mean no harm and Damean gave me permission to come. I have words to speak with him." She ended her words with a soft wag of her tail and nodded to the one called Blade. He gave her his thanks and she was glad for it. "No Blade, I would not be in your debt. I was glad to help Petra. She is my friend and I would have brought her home even if I wasn't welcomed here. I will tell Exodus of your request. Thank you Blade." She gave the male a wag of her small plume.

Then harsh voices came to her auds and they flicked forward. The green eyed fem was nose to nose with the one called Bloodeye. No more bloodshed...please. she thought silently to herself and backed her bottom toward the den and sat. Curling her tail tightly around her paws and wished Link was with her. I hope I have the courage to stay ....not that they would let me leave now. she thought.

Blade nodded, and watched Petra off. He turned part of his attention to Jaded as she left to go hunting, noticing Bloodeye following. Turning his attention away, he hoped that she wasn't goign to cause too much trouble. Yes, she didn't seem as bossy and stern as when she first arrived, but he knew that old habits died hard, so it might take a while for everyone to settle down- especially after Petra's return and Legend's latest display. He flicked his tail, wondering how Damean will handle this upon his return. Then, Cinder replied to his earlier statements. "It feels only right to help you. I doubt that you are in the wrong. Besides, any wolf who helps Petra no matter the danger isn't my enemy." He gave a grin in return.

He glanced towards the sky, knowing the pack needed its older pack members more than ever now. A chill ran through his spine, feeling a sense of dread, although he didn't know why. Perhaps something was stirring, although it may have been because of the emotional run he'd just been through. Still, he decided to make sure to keep an eye out for a while.

TYRENT

He moved lightly into the terrain. The smell of death sent chills down his spine. It felt good to be around such evil, but then something else caught his nose. It was a sweet sent with the aroma of which was discribed to him. His fother had told him well of this fea and where exactly to find her. He was weary of this land but it would work for now as his home. He stopped close to the border. He leaned his head back and let his deadly song fill the air. His ivory pelt dripping with the stain of death. He looked so much like his fother that if you where not to truly look at him he would be misstaken for Gladiator.Althow he was younger his resemblance was undiniable.

He snorted at the memory of his fother as he sat and waited. How hard his mother worked for his fothers love but this fea was the reason for his fothers crultey to her. A low growl slipped his pressed jaws. He talk of how he missed this land and his family and friends which dwelled there, and right before his death he told him of the fea which was his means of life. Her name rang in his ears as he remembered his fothers voice as he spoke of her .How his eyes looked cold and lost, but how at the mention of her name the spark of little hope would refill them. Tyrent laughed to himself as he thought about it. His fother showed weakness and that was not a trait which he desired to portray. He was nothing but yet everything like his fother and he hated it. Deep in thought now the brute sighed. Love would not over take him and leave him vonarable as it had did his fother. It was a sighn of weakness to love is to fall, but what he could not get is why a powerful brute such as his fother would fold to this weak state. It made no sence to him.

Then he began to wounder if this fea.Did she really loved him back or was she shacked up with some other. It was a funny thing to think about. He would careless if she was.It was just a thought that mattered none to him. It would be rather amusing to see the fea saduced by another. It would please him to see it for it would give him more reason not to fall into the weakened state of mind. For that was all love was to him a weakened state of mind one that was just fullish to let take over. He looked around woundering if ever he would be aproached. His thoughts racing through his head.

OOC:There is alot of missstakes im tring to get back into the groove of things.I;m use to IM and Text talk....Hope it good enough...

Bloodeye could feel her hackles rising as Jaded's did so, and she did not calm even when the alter tried to flatten the fur on her own neck. You are not Queen here Bloodeye. Hmph, like she'd forgotten such a thing. It was only a thought that made her furious, though. "I've not forgotten, but it is a hard truth to live by," she spat. Jaded would not understand. She had never been a leader, only to have it stripped away by the traitors that wanted it all to themselves. Bloodeye's lips twitched as she stared into the anger which lay in Jaded's eyes, ears perked as her voice hit the air once more. I will help you hunt but again, I am not one of your minions to be at your beck and call. I will track, wait for the others. She wanted to defy the order, but it was what she had wanted in the first place, so she witheld her pride for the moment.

"Very well, I will wait," she rumbled, clawing the ground irritably, "All I ask is that we get this done for Exodus." She knew of the hardships of being a leader, and how frustrating it became when everyone wanted to do their own thing. Still, even more frustrating was bending her ways to become a subordinate in the face of challenge. Jaded stood before her with head raised and a hard stare. Bloodeye returned it with equal conviction, unsure how the situation would turn out. How far must I go?[i] she asked herself, [i]How much degradation must I endure? If it meant making the young Queen's life easier for the moment, then she would humble herself. Muscles in her neck twitched, and she flashed one last, silent snarl at Jaded before turning her head and eyes away, moving her body so that her rival was at her side. A sign of neutrality; threat and challenge were no longer a part of her.

She sighed. This was a lot harder than she had at first believed it would be, to lower herself to others and back down from a challenge. She had never known a time when she hadn't followed up the challenge and finished the fight. It felt so wrong, but it was what she needed to do. She blinked slowly, inhaled deeply and let her hackles fall. Bloodeye did not turn back to Jaded; she had already given up on the challenge, she needn't make any move that suggested she wished to continue with their confrontation. Instead, she looked toward the mainland, crimson spheres searching for any form that might join them in the hunt.

[center]

Jaded did not move as Bloodeye spat her words. She lifted the corner of her mouth as she spoke of doing this for Exodus....like she was the young heiress's mother, Bloodeye wasn't around when Exodus was a whelp, she didn't help raise the young queen and her brother. Bloodeye didn't know the request that the king had lain at her paws, to guide and protect his young like they were her own. How dare she treat Jaded like she had no concern for Exodus's wishes and feelings. Jaded wanted nothing more than to let her words fly back into the haughty wolfess's face that she does to what she does to aid Exodus and her brother. She exhaled rather roughly and did not let her voice go as she saw Bloodeye submit . "Very Well."She spoke and turned away from Bloodeye knowing that her body was showing her neutrality and loped off.

She gritted her teeth as she ran, anger from Legend hurting his sister and anger at Bloodeye for throwing herself around like she was mother of the queen. She turned her anger into tracking. Scents came and went...mouse, rabbit, wild pig, deer...then another sprang up...desert sheep. Hard to hunt but worth the effort. A smile crossed her maw and she licked her nose to draw in the scent more. A herd heading to water. This would work nicely if it could be set up properly. Her padfalls were whispers as she trotted along the trail hoping to spy on the intended. Ahh yes, there they were heading toward the creek. Turning she walked out of earshot and ran back to the dens. Anger had fueled her run and she made it back rather quickly. Hopefully when she broke through the treeline Bloodeye would have gathered others.

She slipped through the treeline with ease and gave a soft bark of attention. There is a herd of desert sheep heading to water. If we hurry we can play them into our awaiting jaws. She looked expectantly at Bloodeye and then gave a glance to Exodus before returning her glance to Bloodeye.

It's just one of those big circles;
You wonder what you savour in this nightmare;
I can feel it all around Me...
Holding onto this darkest railing;
One roller coaster ride to Heaven...
I wish I could reach for that craving''

Rhage a name meaning Rage from what her mother had told her but why would the golden femme name the she-dog as such? Rhage knew what rage was she had felt it all her life since the first time feeling the bite of pain from her father and knowing there was nothing she could possibly do to the second time watching as her brothers and mothers did nothing she knew what Rage was it had shaped ehr mind at a young age made ehr think what most whelps didnt think of most were concerned about the love of there parents she was concerned about there deaths she dreamed about it fantasied shaped out many ways just how they could die.It fueled ehr to go on to the next day even though she kept feeling the bite of pain her mother asking why she put up with it.

How could she not!? she was but a whelp against an adult there was nothing she could do! instead she bided her time ignoring her brothers grins her mothers false sorrowful look the wench meant nothing to her and soon the pain began to fade as the times she layed there still watching the world go black and the times she was forced back into the light by her master who just thought she got into fights with the other dogs he didnt care she would have been used as dog fighting bait anyway not like she mattered much she only went on until ehr fathers hits meant nothing to her she would just brush them off give him a stare that made her mother shiver in fear the stare that had her walking away the stare that drove ehr father mad.

She had slept when she heard the noise and her father attacked ehr she had bolted away as the male stumbled and she found ehrself acting upon instinct her fangs sinking into flesh and she clamped down as her father thrashed violently slamming her into things roaring how much he despised ehr but she waited as blood gushed in ehr mouth running down her chin and the male went limp slowly falling till she ripped her mouth back and just stared down at the male that had drove her to do what she had wanted to do for so long.but revenge was only sweet for so long as her brothers and mother ran to the noise they only stared as she turned around and eyed ehr mother giving her the same look as her father.

That look which made her mother scream at ehr what a monster she was made her scream that what she did was wrong but she could only give that slow smile that smile that made her brothers run and she ran at her mother only for the door to swing open and something smashed against ehr head dizzied she looked up seeing the master with a club and he put a rope around her enck and led ehr outside where he chained her up away from her mother and brothers as they feared for there life.it was all pathetic in ehr eyes so she loosened the chain against her enck and slipped out the whelpess running towards the fence and digging ehr way out where she ran not once looking back.she learned swiftly the harshness of being alone but she adapted easily learning when was the right time to fight and when was the right time to take flight.

She stayed like that for a month till she found a strange shaggy dying creature a old wolf who laughed as he saw the way ehr eyes glimemred so lifeless no emotion shinign within there deep endless depths and he told ehr to come closer and wary of this new creature she did so as he started to tell her a tale of wolves.and she listened as he explaiend to her everything about him and the wolves he ahd lived with and raised he had stopped though and she went and found a chewed hamburger and brought it back wanting him to finish his story which he did  but soon died afterwads.she felt no remorse really just a weird feeling of interest and slowly she walked out of the old alley finding herself almost without knowing heading for the forests where she wanted to learn more.

The old wolf had said that most wolves didnt like dogs especially where he came from but she didnt care she wasnt scared the whelp feared nothing wary yes but she wasnt scared of death having many times stared upon his grimly face and walked away unscathed.so she found ehrself seeking out the right pack of wolves the male saying she would know which one she wanted to go to by the sounds and smells of the area she didnt udnerstand but she wanted to this was something of interest besides she had nothing else better to do right and what did she have to lose?

The trek through the rugged lands to Jabbar Junayd was abit tough but she managed even though ehr paws bled she didnt notice instead the young and silent femme moved silently through the tree's watching the sights around ehr and inhalign the many scents which surrounded the area.danger.this place smelled of danger but she wasnt scared infact this interested her was this what that old wolf had talked about? a place she would feel welcomed more at by smell? maybe she didnt know she didnt have the senses of a wolf instead she stalked foward but stopped.okay the old male had said nothing on how to introduce oneself to a supposed alpha and just how to recognize them.

Feeling rather foolish for all this and going ahead like a child without the proper information she sprang back into the shadows to think.she could just ask someone but that in itself could get ehr into trouble and Rhage wasnt one to talk to others so instead she trudged along trying to search for someone to find and ask that didnt seem busy or hoping someone found ehr and guided her through this because the dog was absolutely clueless on what to do next::FONT>

Raizor.jpg Raizer picture by Blkwolf800

Raizer thats what she had been called it was the first thing she had heard in her life and knew it to be her name since the first time she opened ehr crimson eyes only to be assaulted by the sight of death and decay around her it never bothered her instead as she was placed on the ground to wobble around she only stared at the bodys with interest and was guided to her would be teacher an old wolf who looked more scars then fur she didnt mind his physical appearance never bothered her at all.Instead as she was soon to find out it wouldnt be his appearance that really bothered her it would be those fangs of his.

She grew her life up in his teaching by fang and claw she got taught how to kill since she was first dragged out thrashing and snarling by a thick chain into a ring that reeked of humans and blood and death and she was faced up against a amssive dog sinec she first ran at him intent to kill already knowing the rules she knew this was her destiny as her fangs sank home and blood filled her maw it thrileld ehr as she broke the male down not finishing till she was satsified that this thing before her was dead since the enxt thing came up an old rottweiler that was scarred up the reigning champion and they tore at eachother again and again the feel of pain thrilled her drove ehr on and on.

Till finally those fangs sank home and she ripped back the familier thrilling sound of flesh being rendered made ehr smile.when she was done she was faced with ehr old teacher who just gave an approving smile but she just smiled back a plan coming  forth.why just act insane?.instead she went back into that cold metal crate where she was poked at and prodded till she finally just grew tired of it and then was fed deliciously a meal she never thought she would have but this was her victory food and she enjoyed it a plan coming forth and finally settling instead she feigned injury in one of the fights with a massive and evry angry great dane making her owner bring out ehr teacher.

She only laughed as he looked at her as if she was insane she knew he could never take on that massive being and live and she enjoyed it watching him being ripped to shreds till she was sent out ignoring his dying words of hatred instead she rendered the injured great dane  useless in a few short minutes fallign it and sinking her fangs to home the throat.since then she has been an inspiration to many ehr master proud of her and her temperment brought ehr a efw whelps to train and she used them all training them yes but not enough to her they were just baits to use and sure enough the sweet little doberman she raised became a meal leaving her to finish off what her student ahd started.

The little german shephard had been killed leaving her as well to render her killer useless in battle .oh she used her girls and boys except one a little rottweiler who soon caught her interest this one actually showed more potential and so she renamed her Tahti which meant star because she kenw this girl would be one the way she had stared at blood almost with interest with those deep brown hues said something to her.

She lacked what others did compassion.emotion and she knew what it meant to lack emotion if one even knew hate they still knew what emotion was they still ahd it but she and that little whelp had nothing but amusement at everything and the whelp was easily warped so she trained her with Viger teaching her everything she knew till she felt the bite of fangs in her shoulder and so the lessons were ended and she watched the girl go out and kill with the same insanity she herself had the liking of pain that drove her more foward the feel of fangs biting inside there flesh driving them wild. She was amusing and beautiful to see in action the massive rottweiler biting foward and ripping flesh easily.

She didnt ehsitate she didnt wait she went foward and took the proper action knowing it could be her life if she made a wrong move.but soon her student had fell and she watched the master  as he looked at ehr with such shame pulling out his little star and she watched as her student was lifted into another crate and what happened to her she didnt know she just knew that she dissapeared and she never heard from her since.Everything went back to normal until one day as she was sitting in ehr cage the doors were burst in the smell of gunpowder hit ehr nose and her cage was opened but the sound of a gunshot made her whirl around on the police men who were surrounding ehr master and she just backed into the shadows snarling.

Soon strange men came in with collar like wires and she would have none of that instead she lashed out biting the metal rod  and pushing foward knocking the guy down and running for the door dodging others with ease as her feet took her under a fence and off into the city where she stayed for a month feeding on trash and sickened by it  so instead she went back into the forests annoyed by the scent of people and sick of it whilst traveling in the forest old memories began to haunt her she knew this in itself was unusual she never really cared for anybody or anything so why was her old etache rpopping up and making her rememebr about what eh said about packs and what not.

IT annoyed her but she went on anyway figuring it a sign and ebsides what else did she have to loose? she might as well join a pack because she really didnt want to end up being put down because she knew thats what the humans would do to her afterall pitbulls werent really allowed there anyway.so she began her journey trying to find a place until she stumbled onto some lands and where an old fox told her where everything was before she killed him and devoured him afterall food was food why waste?.and she headed towards this Jabbar Junayd figuring she might as well start there why not? it ought to be interesting right? and besides if they didnt like ehr there who cares?

If they tried to kill her oh well atleast she knew she went down fighting she had nothing to lose anyhow and wasnt scared of anyone or anything they could dish at ehr she had it all happen to her.so she headed towards there the trip itself was easy atleast to her but finding herself surrounded by the stench of wolves was abit annoying but she went on till she found ehrself a clearing and she watched everyone and how they interacted stalking around trying to locate the one in charge or atleast someone of high status she could talk to but she wasnt used to finding someone like that so found it abit difficult but how to approach these wolves when she was used to using others.

She ahd idea's but most would probably get ehr killed in the end oh well instead her eyes caught sight of Jaded and she stared at the others aroudn her words of a hunt made her know perhaps this wasnt the time to interrupt instead she sat back calmly watching everyone with amusement and waiting for the right time to talkor perhaps get caught but oh well if she did why should they be angry? if they were oh well she knew how to deal with the ill tempered and the prideful but her question still stood as to where the leader was she would ened to listen to find out and sit back and listen she did with a small grin upon her jowls::

Bloodeye could see the anger in Jaded's eyes, but she was good at holding it back. She was glad to see that the femme complied and went off to track, while she herself waited for others to join her for the hunt. None had come so far, but it seemed a few newcomers were arriving. Unfamiliar scents flooded her nostrils, and her eyes snapped towards an unknown form that approached them cautiously. It was a dog, battle-scarred and ragged. Her hackles rose, disgusted that a human pet had intruded in Jabbar Junayd, sitting back quietly to listen in on them. It was obvious she was no spy, or she would be hiding herself, but Bloodeye did not trust those that mingled with the two-legged. She would not say a word to the femme, though; she would leave it up to Jaded or Exodus to deal with the scum.

She tore her crimson gaze from the Pitbull as Jaded returned from her tracking expedition, giving the news of what she had found. A cream-coloured ear flicked back. Desert sheep?. She'd never heard of such a creature, but then, there were still many places she'd not visited, and probably much more that she had never seen nor heard of. Nodding to Jaded, she looked around impatiently. Wasn't anybody ready to hunt? Sighing, she turned back to the other. "We may have to work this one out, just the two of us," she murmured in annoyance, "It doesn't appear that anyone else is ready, or they're already busy doing something else." She didn't like the fact that she would need to do this alone with someone she barely got along with, but what needed to get done needed to get done.

---------------------------------

Petra had finally collected everything she needed, and on strong, lean legs she sped back towards the area where everyone was gathered. She needed to get to Exodus and patch up her wounds quickly. Panting heavily by the time she returned, she didn't waste any time with words. She set down her supplies and with her paw she pulled some cobweb off of her tail and began pressing it against the Princess' most dire wounds. Once satisfied with the stop of bleeding, she began conjuring up some mixtures of herbs: marigold and horsetail, which she slathered onto the deep wounds, and chewed goldenrod around the edges to soothe the pain. She'd even managed to find some poppy flowers, and had collected several to bring back for their seeds. If Exodus needed any, she would give them to the femme, but the rest would be stored or planted, that way they were easily accessible.

"All done, Exodus," she said, having caught her breath now, "You're ready to go about your duties, but don't take it too rough." Finished with her job, she wondered what she would do next. Most likely she would stay close to Exodus, if she were to be keeping watch of Cinder, that is. She wondered when the time would come that she could spend some personal time with Blade; she glanced to him, smiling. She was so happy to be home, to see him and the others that had missed her. She had missed this place. Taking in a deep breath, drinking in the familiar scents, she gave a contented sigh and waited for Exodus to give any further orders.

Ooc - Hmm, Exodus and Legend are supposed to rule right now, Cinder and Petra are here, Legend went to attack Cinder. His sister took the blow, got into fight, their third sibling interfered to control Legend. Exodus gave orders, (Eris should be going to meet Exodus now with any other newcomers), Bloodeye and Jaded are trying to arrange a hunt (not getting along XP) Annnnnd... yea pretty much the others are hanging around. If anyone wants to fill in extras I may have missed out feel free =)

The she wolf watched the proceedings with a dull interest, not because she really wanted to but she knew it may be important for the future. She would document everything, every relationship and personality. And what was this? Who was this she wolf so similiar in appearence to the young princess? She knew not that Damean had more children...well amongst this litter at least. Noting it she tucked it away for later. Having no idea if she was going to stay when Damean returned she was slightly hesitant to go to Exodus. But in the end she decided it would be of no harm to her.

Stepping forward she was in the beginning prime of her youth. Her slender body rippled under her lush coat, indicating that with or without a pack she could feed herself well. There was something very sinister about her but something completely innocent as well. It was almost like an echo etched onto her features now marred but a cold gleam in her emerald eyes.

Taking little attention to anyone, but notice of everything she approached Exodus and glanced at a few others who were gathering around her. Feeling her shoulders tense up she felt the uncomfortable formality to bow to one who was "superior" aka born into a high rank, draw upon her. How she loathed bowing! As if her bones ached with the mere thought of it. So instead she settled for a dip of her head, which still hit her pride some. Though this internal struggle was not broadcast on her face nor her features as she kept a mask on of complete non chalance.

"Lady." She addressed in a subtle and humble one. "I am called Eris." Goddess of the underworld. Her mind added. But we can't sound to cocky now can we? Orbs flicked quickly as a peregrin falcon flew across the sky and she eyed it for a moment before returning her gaze back to Exodus.

JADED
As Jaded stood the scent of dog filled her nostrils and her ears and eyes both swiveled to find the intruder. Her eyes shifted to Bloodeye for a second and then back to the pitbull. Her ear flicked back at Bloodeye's whisper of them hunting alone and she nodded. She really didn'd relish the thought of hunting with Bloodeye alone but if she must ...she must.

She took too steps closer to the dog and examined her form. A feeling of mistrust filled her bones but as so far the dog offered no feeling of threat. "Who are you and why have you come?" she asked the canine with her tail raised in a more dominant position. Jaded wondered silently to herself if this dog would be able to read all of the wolves subtle language. Jaded would not give up this fem with the menacing smile up to Exodus until she knew her intention.

She knew that Bloodeye would be at her side if this female proved a danger to Exodus. At least they had that one thing in common....love for Exodus. And that would be the tie that would bind them in any battle that threatened to harm the young leader.

OOC: sorry so short guys trying to get back into the swing....

Raizer's crimson eyes watched the group of wolves carefully just how they interacted and just how they moved she could already tell the distinct dislike for eachother these two Femme's had and it was rather amusing maybe she could? no she shouldnt it was to early to play one of ehr little games she needed more time and patience was always something she had so she could wait the tawny female biefly wondered when she was going to be chased out the thought itself brought ehr great amusement afterall she could care less regardless if she stayed or got pushed away she couldnt blame them afterall she was a dog right? an abomination meant to worship under the humans law? bah she really didnt care for there reasons.

But when she noticed both female's noticed her she just watched them carefully steadily and as patiently as she could which proved to be well she just stared at the two till finally one approached and she just eyed the female calmly.oh she knew dominance she kenw it well raised by fang and claw and by a wolf himself she knew what the raise of a tail meant but she just gave a curt dip of her head. Were they expecting anything else? she hoped not::''MY name is Raizer atleast that is the name i was given by the man who raised me as for what i am here for most certainly not to fool you into thinking i'll hurt you..i jest''::Smiling that secretive little smile she was so good at she gave another curt little bow of her head an amused look settling in ehr crimson eyes.

Should she be scared? she was surrounded by enemys an impossible feat if she the female decided to attack and she to defend she would most surely die but did that scare her? no she found ehrself more amused by the thought of it maybe she had lost her mind a long time ago or maybe she really was the puppeteeer others made her out to be but oh well she ahd more important matters to attend to at the moment::''Now now no need for defense i come for what most come for though find myself in a certain disadvantage since i myself am merely a dog and cannot quite recognize hierachy though you place yourself as one mayhap i should start with you no?''::

She asked in a calm way and her bobbed tail wiggled slightly as if a sudden thought amused ehr but she would never tell it::''I come to join and if i must prove myself worthy then i have no problem doing so..''::She emant it she wouldnt it would just amuse her even further if she had to though::

Feeling rather foolish for all this and going ahead like a child without the proper information she sprang back into the shadows to think.she could just ask someone but that in itself could get ehr into trouble and Rhage wasnt one to talk to others so instead she trudged along trying to search for someone to find and ask that didnt seem busy or hoping someone found ehr and guided her through this because the dog was absolutely clueless on what to do next::

ooc)hmm decided to repost this due to it being too small to read..XD

Jaded
Jaded's hackles began to rise when she heard the fem's condesending tone and shot Bloodeye a look. She wondered if the female was getting the same vibe as she was from this Raizer. Her first impulse was to drive the fem off but it was not her place, it was Exodus's and Legend's. Oh how she wished Damean was back. Her heart ached at the thought. She knew it hadn't been long but she felt as if he had been gone months. Her eyes shifted back to Raizer and she knew this creature was one of deception and knew more than she let on. "Wait here." she commanded and shot Bloodeye a weary glance. She trotted off and Exodus came into her emerald eyes. She breathed a sigh of relief seeing the young queen safe and she approached.

"Exodus. May I have an audience please. We have a visitor." Her eyes spoke volumes of caution to whomever would have seen them. She hoped Exodus would notice. "Where is Legend?" she asked softly, wanted his presence by his siblings side for strength and support.
