Yeah,...we're all a little weird, but who ever defined normal, right? I couldn't imagine anybody here shunning someone away for something like this. It's what you believe and it's who you are. So yes, I feel special that I get to post with Xantha .

As with what everyone else here as said, I have to agree. Her at FNI we are of all types and are welcoming to all who show us that same respect. So please be welcome and do not worry about stress here. We are all a little weird...in a good way makes life interesting!

Agreed agreed agreed! You are who you are, and you're not bothering anyone else so why should it matter what you're in to? It's your own interests and no one should have a say on it but you, and your friends and family (and us) should always know you are still the same person you always were before a secret came out. Be proud of who you are and what you believe in!

Human nature is fascinating stuff. Never be afraid to explore it, always be yourself, and quite frankly, fuck the haters. You do what you want. It's your life, nobody can tell you otherwise. And besides, we're all a little weird, but where's the fun in it if you never embrace it?

I'm going to be blunt- we're not going to stop talking to you just because of that. Not to diminish how important that fact may be for you, since things like this tend to be pretty core to a person, but for all intents and purposes, it doesn't matter to us what you believe, because we'll accept it all.

Like warrior said, you're you, we're us, I'm me, etc. I understand the need for human to categorize things (take the tree of life and it's domains, kingdoms, all the way down to species), but categorizing and labeling is a pretty dumb thing people do. (I don't intend that in a mean way.) It just adds stress to people when in reality every individual is weird in their own way. Be who you are, ignore the haters, accept the good others say, and try not to take constructive criticism personally.

Fortunately, I'd say you would only find liberal-esque people here. None of us will shun you for a life choice, as far as I'm concerned. The reality of society is that we're all different, the mistake is that people forget that we are all still human. Its irrelevant to anyone but you for what you do with your life, only people in your immediate circle have an opinion that counts. And even then, its still your life, and they can't do anything but accept you. In addition, should said people not accept you, they clearly are not worth your time.
